Estados Unidos.- La temporada de premios arracó la noche de este domigo 4 de enero de 2026, con la celebración de la 31 edición de los Critics Choice Awards en el The Barker Hangar de Santa Mónica, en California, donde se reconoció lo mejor del cine y la televisión dentro de los géneros de acción, horror, ciencia ficción, superhéroes y fantasía.
La Asociación de la Crítica Cinematográfica y conducida por la comediante, Chelsea Handler, dio a conocer los detalles de la ceremonia donde el premio a Mejor Película fue para “One Battle After Another”, protagonizada por Leonardo DiCaprio, junto a Sean Penn, Benicio del Toro, Regina Hall, Teyana Taylor y Chase Infiniti, la película se impuso como la gran ganadora de la noche gracias a su potencia narrativa y su despliegue técnico.
